Hey guys im writing an essay on how the internet has had an impact on the art world, im including bits on digital art and communtites like DA and how they have also impacted the art world, and how times are changing etc etc etc lol.
I am looking for various opinions on the matter as well as my own, especially from those involved in the art/internet/social network world! Its for my fine art degree and its worth 50% of my grade! so you guys could help me pass! lol

So here are some questions id like some thoughts on if you can

.How has communtities such as Deviant art, red bubble etc impacted on the world of art and design?
.Do you think having the internet is a good resource for research ( tongue tied lol)on artists, art history etc and that it could replace books althogether?
.Do you think the internet can help people better establish themselves as artists?
.What are the downsides of the internet and how its changing the way we see art?


I will probably think of some more questions as I further write my essay and if you can think of some good points then please feel free to add them.
